Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Onboarding Training and Enablement Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing the strategic vision for the customer on-boarding, training and enablement department (OT&E)
- Leading the development and implementation of OT&E programs
- Evolving customer OT&E program with industry best practices and personal experience
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success and or SaaS adoption and Enablement
- 3+ years of relevant experience managing people
- Passion for coaching and mentoring high-performing team members
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern customer on-boarding, training and enablement methods
