Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Onboarding Training and Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing the strategic vision for the customer on-boarding, training and enablement department (OT&E)
  • Leading the development and implementation of OT&E programs
  • Evolving customer OT&E program with industry best practices and personal experience

Position Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success and or SaaS adoption and Enablement
  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing people
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring high-performing team members
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern customer on-boarding, training and enablement methods
