Job Summary

A consumer services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Service Representative in Lewisville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships
  • Acting as customer contact regarding pricing and scheduling
  • Handling customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to use a personal computer or CRT
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
