Job Summary

A program development platform provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking the health of all customers and prioritize activity based on outcomes
  • Meeting with customers to understand and document their goals and objectives
  • Coaching customers to be product experts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience designing and implementing repeatable customer service processes from the ground up
  • 3 years of front-line, customer service experience
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle and the day-to-day job of a software developer
