A marketing and product management company has an open position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee support and services team delivery
  • Monitor, analyze and share customer usage data
  • Drive meaningful adoption of the UT platform

Qualifications Include:

  • Conduct in person and remote quarterly business reviews
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment with attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • High degree of business acumen
  • 5+ years relationship management experience
