An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Education Technology Senior Customer Success Manager .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, training, and building a skilled group of CSMs in Enterprise, Mid-Market and Pooled models
- Ensuring CS tools and processes are implemented with team adoption
- Increasing market share from existing account base and new opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years Account Management experience
- Passionate about helping customers succeed
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrated follow up and follow through
- Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
- Customer facing background within the software industry
