Job Summary

An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Education Technology Senior Customer Success Manager .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing, training, and building a skilled group of CSMs in Enterprise, Mid-Market and Pooled models
  • Ensuring CS tools and processes are implemented with team adoption
  • Increasing market share from existing account base and new opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years Account Management experience
  • Passionate about helping customers succeed
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrated follow up and follow through
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Customer facing background within the software industry
