Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Establishing recommended base levels of touch with customer depending on churn risk, growth potential, and vertical
  • Mentoring peers in the assigned vertical for growth and development

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with internet technologies and software as a service
  • Knowledge of online brand protection and/or legal domains
  • Proven track record in turning red accounts around through a white glove approach and partnership with customer stakeholders
  • Comfortable and confident in running executive system review meetings, engaging with C-level sponsors
