Job Summary

A marketing software company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Success Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering the Customer Success Implementation Methodology
  • Delivering recommendations and insights around customer success
  • Identifying technical obstacles early

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience within a Finance or go-to-market strategy
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience using SQL to pull large data sets
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms and translating business requirements
