An education technology services company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Investigating and resolving Help Desk issues
- Providing guidance to end-users for Tier 2 help desk issues
- Recommending system use policies
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to maintain work schedule
- Ability to develop test plans
- Ability to analyze project requirements
