Job Summary

An education technology services company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigating and resolving Help Desk issues
  • Providing guidance to end-users for Tier 2 help desk issues
  • Recommending system use policies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years’ previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Ability to maintain work schedule
  • Ability to develop test plans
  • Ability to analyze project requirements
