Job Summary

An IT and software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Data Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building scalable Cloud data solutions
  • Creating data pipelines and transformations
  • ELT – Matillion, FiveTran, etc

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science or a related field or commensurate work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience building scalable Cloud data solutions using MPP Data Warehouses and analytics platforms
  • 7+ years with complex SQL queries and scripting
  • 5+ years’ experience building data pipelines via Python, Spark, or GUI Based tools
  • 5+ years’ experience loading historical data to data warehouses
  • 5+ years’ experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud
