A cloud technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Data Lake Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams
• Migrating existing applications and developing new applications
• Conveying partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience of IT platform implementation in a highly technical and analytical role
• 5+ years’ experience of Data Lake/Hadoop platform implementation
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and performance tuning Hadoop/Spark implementations
• Experience with analytic solutions applied to the Marketing or Risk needs of enterprises
