A student loan servicing company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Data Model Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, building, deploying, and validating custom, predictive models and algorithms
- Conducting advanced statistical analyses
- Mining, cleaning, processing, transforming and joining data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-years related work experience with model development and deep statistical analytic
- Significant experience working with large, complex data sets and common data science tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or programming discipline
- Proven model development and strong analytical expertise
- Competency with tools such as SQL, SAS, PowerBI, MS Office suite, etc
- Core understanding of statistical concepts and methods
