Job Summary
A provider of online file sharing services is filling a position for a Remote Senior Data Science Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and managing a high performing team of data scientists
- Coaching and mentoring data scientists of varying experiences to ensure their continued growth
- Identifying key metrics and creating automated dashboards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience as a data scientist
- 3+ years of experience directly managing data scientists, quantitative researchers, or product analysts
- Comfortable with SQL and large datasets
- Experience analyzing large datasets and using data to inform product and business decisions
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and modeling
