Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Data Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Solving complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Performing complex conceptual analyses

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience integrating data from large relational databases
  • 8+ years of experience using statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Hadoop
  • Experience using BI tools such as PowerPivot, Power BI, & Tableau
  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing health insurance claims, transactions data, biometric, health assessment, or similar types
  • Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, public health, etc, or equivalent
