Job Summary

A shipping and package delivery company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Database Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, modeling, configuring, testing and installing databases
  • Documenting database backup, recovery, capacity and security plans
  • Administering, maintaining, and implementing changes to existing databases to meet customer requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
  • Experience coaching the development of less senior DBAs
