A customer experience platform is seeking a Remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring adherence to our pricing, quote to contract processes and policies for our sales team
• Crafting proposals as the go-to liaison between our sales team and legal/finance
• Developing an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years in a deal desk analyst, order management analyst or related sales operations functions
• Highly collaborative, and “customer first” mentality
• An understanding of enterprise sales processes
• Prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing and proposal execution
• Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated and innovative, with the ability to lead internal stakeholders by influence
