Job Summary

An engineering solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Design for Test Engineer in Folsom.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing test strategy for complex mixed-signal circuit designs and digital designs
• Developing documentation and design specifications
• Performing various types of Design for Test (DFT) tasks

Required Skills:

• BSEE with 7+ years of DFT experience
• Experience in silicon debug and bring-up on ATE
• Experience with DFT tools from Synopsys, Tessent, and Cadence
• Experience with test compression
• Good understanding of RTL design, Verilog and SystemVerilog
• Scripting experience with TCL, Python, Perl
