Job Summary

A business services and development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Design Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing all operations for the team, keep all team processes running smoothly, and build a program of excellence
• Managing a central repository of resources including tools, templates, processes, schedules, hiring and onboarding assets, and project files
• Handling the logistics and administration of external parties, such as contractors, vendors, and agencies

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience successfully managing programs and operations for a large UX or Design organization
• Solid understanding of Design and UX processes and disciplines
• Experience leading large scale and fast-moving programs across multiple teams
• Proven ability working in fast paced environments with shifting priorities while managing tactile deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
