Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Senior Desktop Support in Mountain View.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing encryption on every platform
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Monitoring all avenues – coordinating with all four teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A few trips onsite for training (1 week onsite to train) within in 6 weeks, a shorter trip for more emerged with the teams they’re supporting, then very few onsite visits (mostly remote)
  • Must have trouble shooting skills
  • Must be able to install a variety of software (Adobe suites to back up software to instrument software)
  • Must be able to provide remote support for mobile devices
  • Must have experience with a blend of Windows and MacOS
