A company that provides web-based electronic medical record systems has a current position open for a Remote Senior Desktop Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Exceeding in all areas of support including deploying and maintaining our workstations
- Working with users and InfoSec teams as needed to process access requests
- Continuously looking for process improvement, automation and serf-service opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years of solid experience as a desktop Support / Helpdesk team for a medium or large organization
- Good knowledge or understanding of computer systems, their security patching, network administration
- Superior time management, juggling demanding priorities and organizational skills
- G-suite/Office 365, Windows Server / Active Directory experience
- Identity management, preferably with Okta
