Job Summary

A company that provides web-based electronic medical record systems has a current position open for a Remote Senior Desktop Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Exceeding in all areas of support including deploying and maintaining our workstations
Working with users and InfoSec teams as needed to process access requests
Continuously looking for process improvement, automation and serf-service opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

4 years of solid experience as a desktop Support / Helpdesk team for a medium or large organization
Good knowledge or understanding of computer systems, their security patching, network administration
Superior time management, juggling demanding priorities and organizational skills
G-suite/Office 365, Windows Server / Active Directory experience
Identity management, preferably with Okta
