Job Summary

A company that provides web-based electronic medical record systems has a current position open for a Remote Senior Desktop Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Exceeding in all areas of support including deploying and maintaining our workstations
  • Working with users and InfoSec teams as needed to process access requests
  • Continuously looking for process improvement, automation and serf-service opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4 years of solid experience as a desktop Support / Helpdesk team for a medium or large organization
  • Good knowledge or understanding of computer systems, their security patching, network administration
  • Superior time management, juggling demanding priorities and organizational skills
  • G-suite/Office 365, Windows Server / Active Directory experience
  • Identity management, preferably with Okta
