Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Developer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting customers as first priority and handle customer escalated tickets
- Mentoring, training, and coaching Tier 1 to improve overall customer experience
- Capturing, driving, and publishing knowledge articles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5yrs experience in Technical Support or Software Development
- Can proactively identify patterns in order to take preemptive action
- Ability to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and common architectures
- Knowledge of HTTP, encryption, basic security concepts
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
