Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Developer Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customers as first priority and handle customer escalated tickets
  • Mentoring, training, and coaching Tier 1 to improve overall customer experience
  • Capturing, driving, and publishing knowledge articles

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5yrs experience in Technical Support or Software Development
  • Can proactively identify patterns in order to take preemptive action
  • Ability to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals and common architectures
  • Knowledge of HTTP, encryption, basic security concepts
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
