Job Summary

A retail technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implement infrastructure and deployment best practices
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to junior engineers and peers
  • Provide cloud administration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7-8 years of working in cloud based infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure
  • 2-3 years of hands on experience with Container Orchestration
  • Expert ability to write scripts in an administrative language
  • Detective-level troubleshooting using observability tools
  • Experience with: IaC, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS
  • Ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members
