A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing, strengthening, growing and supporting our infrastructure
  • Working with an agile team of engineers to design scalable software services
  • Managing Petabytes of Cyber Security data in an Elasticsearch, HDFS cluster

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Expertise with Linux, including scripting and performance
  • Ability to design and configure virtual network topologies
  • Experience designing configuration management systems
  • Strong coding capability in one or more languages
  • Ability to architect clustered application services for resilience and performance
  • Exposure to two or more of: Elasticsearch, HDFS, Cassandra, Kafka, MongoDB, Lucene
