Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Dialogflow Professional Services Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning and driving all stages of customer project engagements from discovery to delivery to continued iteration
• Acting as the subject matter expert on best practices for NLP agent design and deployment

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience with conversational AI systems and NLP
• Computer Science or Software Engineering degree or equivalent
• 1+ years customer facing sales engineering, consulting or professional services experience
• 1+ years experience with Google Dialogflow
