Job Summary
A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Senior Disability Benefits Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Investigate, secure and analyze information pertaining to claimants' medical condition
- Develop and execute a claim and disability management strategy
- Approve claim decisions, disability management strategies and payments on complex or higher liability claims
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in Business, Science or related field
- Progressively responsible experience as a Disability Benefits Analyst or Benefits Specialist
- Advanced knowledge of Group disability claims, accounts and their administration
- Able to act as the primary Benefits account manager and liaison with underwriting and sales
