Job Summary
A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Senior DLS High Consequence Resolution Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify and solve problems, sometimes with limited information
- Build trust and confidence in the DLS team
- Initiate and respond to inquiries about specialized leave and disability events, benefits, and options
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of federal or state leave and disability regulations
- 2+ years of experience as a case manager using case management systems, reviewing eligibility, etc
- Experience providing guidance to employees and managers on leave of absence, disability plans, etc
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university, or equivalent
- Experience with claim management software and knowledge of other HRIS programs
- Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
