Job Summary
A healthcare research company is seeking a Remote Senior Documents and Records Management Quality Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as subject matter expert (SME) for continuous quality system process improvements
- Maintaining controlled document
- Managing generation of reports and key performance indicators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing a quality management function
- Working knowledge and understanding of regulations and standards
- Experience using an eDMS required
- Bachelor's degree and experience developing, implementing and leading quality or regulatory activities or equivalent
- Proven ability to efficiently manage workload under tight deadlines and pressure in a composed manner
- Experience with auditing and experience representing and responding to regulatory agency audits
