Job Summary
An employee benefits provider is seeking a Remote Senior Dynamics Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics and Azure cloud technologies
- Help to design, develop, and support a Customer Service Agent Desktop within Dynamics 365
- Lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3 rd party vendors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, etc
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps, both defining and implementing processes and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Related Microsoft certifications (or a willingness to pursue those certifications)
