An e-commerce optimization company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Ecommerce Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching and educating clients on key business drivers and inputs
  • Possessing a clear understanding and command of client metrics related to growth, sales, inventory, content, marketing, and ROI
  • Delivering excellent client service through management of day-to-day client relationships

Position Requirements Include:

  • Utilized data to drive business decisions
  • Successfully owned client relationships, inputs, and results
  • Excelled at building relationships, both cross-functionally internally and externally
  • Spent 5+ years in client or account management
  • Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong ability to creatively solve tough problems - you think outside the box
