Job Summary

An educational technology insight company is seeking a Remote Senior Education Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting management and maintaining of complex accounts alongside senior management
  • Identifying strategic growth opportunities for upsell, expansion and early/multi-year renewal
  • Providing an authoritative view of customer health to the internal team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years account management and customer success management
  • Experience working in education technology, specifically K12 edtech, preferred
  • Experience helping customers with technical implementation and coding support a plus
  • Passion for continually improving the customer experience
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and a strong executive presence a plus
  • Able to optimize and iterate mindset to achieve top results
