Job Summary
An aerospace engineering company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Electronics Packaging Mechanical Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Functioning as the responsible Mechanical Engineer on programs and internal development projects
- Managing the conceptual layouts, design, testing and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices or systems
- Conducting thermal, stress, and dynamic analysis to ensure design can survive required environmental specifications
Position Requirements Include:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- 5+ year experience in electro-mechanicals design with focus on electronics packaging
- Familiar with CAD software such as Siemens NX (preferred), CATIA, Solidworks, etc
- Have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communications to suit the audience
