Job Summary
An insurance and wealth management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Employee Relations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to different levels of management on performance and employee relations issues
- Align to the HR Talent Partner team
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders / clients
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR related function and ER experience required
- Exemplary active listening and other verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Experience dealing with employment law principles and practices and conducting ER investigations and witness interviews
- Ability to assimilate needs and formulate solutions that align with the business direction and our people strategy
