An insurance and benefits company has an open position for a Remote Senior Employee Relations Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing effective service, support, consultation and resolution of complex ER inquiries
• Providing response, consultation and successful resolution of employee relations questions and inquiries
• Conducting and documenting thorough and impartial investigations

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of employee relations or human resources generalist experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach, guide and support managers
• Expert knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Excellent consultative, listening, and verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to conduct formal investigations
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
