Job Summary

A company that provides public services to governments is filling a position for a Remote Senior Employment Facilitator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Guiding the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals
• Conducting large group instruction and providing individual counseling on the job search process
• Mentoring and assisting in the training of Employment Facilitators new to the program

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Some travel will be required
• Previous experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes
• Must have excellent time management skills and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Windows and Office
• A bachelor’s degree, any discipline from an accredited college
• Previous experience as a TAP classroom instructor or career counselor
