Job Summary
A company that provides public services to governments is filling a position for a Remote Senior Employment Facilitator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guiding the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals
- Conducting large group instruction and providing individual counseling on the job search process
- Mentoring and assisting in the training of Employment Facilitators new to the program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel will be required
- Previous experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes
- Must have excellent time management skills and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office
- A bachelor’s degree, any discipline from an accredited college
- Previous experience as a TAP classroom instructor or career counselor
