Job Summary

A mortgage loan company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Endpoint Security Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring ticketing system requests for critical or systematic errors in products
  • Identifying errors in products and determining their source
  • Troubleshooting product errors and developing solutions to fix them

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience
  • Working knowledge in service management concepts for networks and related standards
  • Understanding of Product Development
  • Understanding of Product Testing including testing and evaluating software
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes
