Job Summary

A professional services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Engineering Technology Director.

Must be able to:

Be responsible for managing key internal stakeholder relationships
Provide leadership in iteratively defining & refining development processes as the team grows
Recruiting, challenging, growing, and rewarding top players

Skills and Requirements Include:

Recruit, challenge, grow, and reward top players
10+ years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process
Current hands-on development experience on Open source Java Stack
Experience building and operating large scale SaaS cloud applications in a public cloud is preferred
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success
Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
