Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Agile Coach.
Must be able to:
- Promote and implement core metrics to optimize leadership, team, ART and business agility
- Promote and align with implementation of an Agile transformation vision
- Promote a Lean-Agile mindset through the development of internal training content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience mentoring Agile Coaches for 2+ years
- Experience scaling agility (SAFe) at the enterprise level as a fulltime Agile Coach for 2+ years
- Experience coaching and mentoring at an enterprise level for 5+ years
- Experience coaching in a globally distributed environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of education and experience
- Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc
