Job Summary

A crowd-sourced review platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and lead initiatives that help keep all Yelpers connected, engaged, and informed
  • Simultaneously manage multiple company wide projects that knit together
  • Provide operational and strategic support, as well as thought partnership, to the Chief Diversity Officer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Engagement; Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
  • Proven track record in successfully building & maintaining employee programs that drive employee satisfaction, connectivity & engagement
  • Ability to learn, summarize, and share information across a variety of departments
  • Experience using data to drive decision making
  • Expertise in project management and change management
