Job Summary
A crowd-sourced review platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Design and lead initiatives that help keep all Yelpers connected, engaged, and informed
- Simultaneously manage multiple company wide projects that knit together
- Provide operational and strategic support, as well as thought partnership, to the Chief Diversity Officer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Engagement; Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Proven track record in successfully building & maintaining employee programs that drive employee satisfaction, connectivity & engagement
- Ability to learn, summarize, and share information across a variety of departments
- Experience using data to drive decision making
- Expertise in project management and change management
