A business solutions provider is in need of a Remote Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building tailored and comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract top leaders
• Developing innovative and forward-thinking practices to identify and engage with top executive talent across the marketplace
• Leading the end to end executive recruiting process

Qualifications Include:

• 5 - 8 years of related work experience
• Proven experience with sourcing strategies within leadership
• Experience with executive recruiting, ideally on the agency/executive search side
• Experience developing an active candidate network in support of recruiting
• Excellent critical thinking, project management and time management skills
• Must have solid interviewing techniques as well as strong communication, persuasive, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
