Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Finance and Strategy Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Design and operate playbooks for cross-functional work streams
• Enhance annual planning by facilitating smooth cross-functional coordination
• Act as the process guru within the Finance and Strategy team

Required Skills:

• 8+ years experience in management consulting, planning and operations, program management or mergers and acquisitions integration
• Exceptional program management skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to design and communicate clear processes and effectively manage a cross-functional working team without direct reporting control
• Highly motivated to work independently and drive multiple projects concurrently from start to finish
