Job Summary
A training and education company is seeking a Remote Senior Financial Planning Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring revenue renewals and related cash flow streams
- Ensuring that financial procedures are comprehensive and compliant
- Supporting the production of annual board and ad hoc fundraising presentations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- 2+ years of professional experience, with a foundation in / profile of cost accounting
- Strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of staff
- Strong results orientation and sense of urgency. Grants management experience is a plus
- Strong relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate/persuade for results with staff
- Demonstrated tolerance for ambiguity; a fluid, dynamic thinker who can process information in real-time
