Job Summary

A digital security and solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Financial Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Vetting all new Joint Venture Partner prospects by reviewing Audited Financial Statements
  • Ensuring that the partners have the net worth available to meet financial obligations as a Joint Venture Partner
  • Reviewing new Teaming Partner and Joint Venture Agreements for new proposals to ensure that company's best interests are being considered as it relates to Finance and Cashflow

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in dealing with various difficult types of contracts
  • Proven strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to understand and translate Financial Statements to identify risks and issues
  • Ability to support Internal Audit during their review process of Integrated Delivery selected projects
