Job Summary

A multi-faceted financial agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Fixed Income Trader .

Must be able to:

• Direct sector accountability and ownership for building and sending trades
• Identify, analyze and execute relative value trades (e.g. electronic and over the counter)
• Assist with the development of staff in an environment that embraces change, fosters focus, teamwork, creativity, timeliness and results

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (finance, accounting, economics, statistics, engineering, data science, business analytics)
• 8+ years' work experience with fixed income strategies in a trading, research, portfolio management or strategy capacity required
• Familiarity with programming languages
• Leadership skills (formal or informal), communication (verbal and written), time management, analytics, and financial modeling
• Advanced skills with Excel and Bloomberg
• Keen sense of curiosity and open-minded thought process desired
