Job Summary
A cosmetics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior FPandA Financial Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing annual operating plan, monthly forecasts and monthly actual reporting and analysis, for customers/channels
- Building and maintaining financial models focusing on underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics, and sensitivity analysis
- Producing variance analysis across the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, as well as financial analysis related to gross margin by product line/SKU analysis and costing analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in Corporate Finance or in a Finance Business Partner/FP&A role
- Familiarity with eCommerce, Direct-to-consumer, Sales business models within the Cosmetic/ Retail industry highly preferred
- Demonstrated strong financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end with a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines
- Ability to collaboratively identify risks and opportunities that drive financial results
- Ability to deliver on-going reporting, analytics and insight on performance metrics to benchmark progress against targets, initiatives and strategies related to customers/channels
