Job Summary
An independent family-owned bank has an open position for a Remote Senior Fraud Prevention Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer fraud calls
- Employing courtesy and tact when handling challenging customer phone calls
- Working independently and make decisions on accounts with little supervision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Good Communication & Analytical Skills
- Microsoft Windows Knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
