An independent family-owned bank has an open position for a Remote Senior Fraud Prevention Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer fraud calls
  • Employing courtesy and tact when handling challenging customer phone calls
  • Working independently and make decisions on accounts with little supervision

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Good Communication & Analytical Skills
  • Microsoft Windows Knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task
