Job Summary

A research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping mentor, coach, and recruit engineers
  • Establishing world class best practices regarding performance, testing, and code style
  • Collaborating with design team to prioritize, spec, and build beautifully designed features

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience working on a Ruby on Rails codebase
  • 3+ years experience working on a frontend codebase, preferably React
  • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
  • 1+ years experience as a tech lead or engineering manager
  • Strong dev-ops + infrastructure experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a technical program or 2+ years experience on a software team
