Job Summary

A game development company is in need of a Remote Senior Game Services Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Mentoring other engineers to increase their capabilities and productivity
Architecting, loading test, profiling, analyzing, and optimizing systems for high scalability
Designing, prototyping, implementing, and maintaining game services in high quality Java code

Skills and Requirements Include:

6+ years of experience building highly scalable online systems
4+ years experience with Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) architectures
4+ years of programming in Java, C#, or other compiled, garbage-collected language
Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL persistence solutions
Proficient at communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals
