Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Global Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Assist Merit Cycle initiatives with data analytics and data quality checks
- Perform ad hoc compensation reporting to support information request
- Review and approve HRIS data for new hires, and assist in the development of compensation metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree required
- CCP or similar certification
- 4+ years work experience in Compensation
- Very strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage confidential data
