Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Global Fraud Product Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving execution on legal, regulatory, privacy and transactional matters
  • Providing legal assistance and guidance regarding ongoing legal and business matters
  • Working with the Privacy Office to assess existing privacy matters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and 4-6 years of experience as an attorney
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts
  • Experience advising a global technology company on global privacy
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and written- and verbal-communication skills
  • Ability to work closely in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with other attorneys
  • Ability to interface with senior members of the business teams you’ll support
