Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Go To Market Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders in the GTM organizations to provide first-class recruiting support
- Operate as the specialist in industry standard methodologies
- Own and handle the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrable experience as an in-house customer facing recruiter
- Broad exposure to professional and/or leadership hiring
- Proven track record of results including through direct sourcing strategies
- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers & building effective relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in providing an excellent candidate experience and meeting SLA goals
