Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Go to Market Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, manage candidate's flow through the interview process
- Partner with our Sourcer to creatively and strategically to build diverse pipelines
- Track recruiting activity and metrics using Google Sheets and Greenhouse Reporting
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably at a SaaS company)
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A roles
- Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive leads with a focus on talent from untapped groups
